Our skilled team ensures you get a refreshed look without appearing like you’ve “had work done.”
Our Botox treatments aim to give you a smooth and rejuvenated appearance while preserving your natural expressions. You can expect to see noticeable results within 5-7 days, with effects lasting up to four months.
While Botox injections involve minimal discomfort, our team takes every step to ensure your experience is as pleasant as possible. If you're new to Botox, we can start with a small area or focus on one specific concern. Our treatment process is efficient, and you can return to your daily activities immediately afterward.
On the day of your treatment, you'll meet with Shawn O'Keefe, PA-C, to discuss your goals and expectations for Botox. We'll take before photos and map out the areas to be treated. Our goal is to ensure you're comfortable and confident with the process.
At Twenty-One Medical, we charge $12 per unit for Botox. We're transparent about the number of units required and will give you a clear estimate before beginning treatment. This way, you know exactly what to expect in terms of cost.

Avoid Certain Medications
To minimize the risk of bruising, we recommend avoiding aspirin-based products (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or Alka-Seltzer) for five days before treatment. If you're on blood thinners or other medications, please let our staff know beforehand.
