Botox Treatments at Twenty-One Medical, Pineville NC

Relax, Refresh, and Rejuvenate with Botox

Welcome to Twenty-One Medical, where we offer regular Botox and medicated Botox treatments, to help you achieve that youthful and desired appearance. Botox, a popular neurotoxin, is commonly used to reduce wrinkles caused by facial expressions on the forehead, between the brows, and around the eyes (commonly known as crow’s feet). Our skilled team ensures you get a refreshed look without appearing like you’ve “had work done.”

Why Choose Botox at Twenty-One Medical?

Subtle, Natural Results

Our Botox treatments aim to give you a smooth and rejuvenated appearance while preserving your natural expressions. You can expect to see noticeable results within 5-7 days, with effects lasting up to four months.

Comfortable and Quick Treatment

While Botox injections involve minimal discomfort, our team takes every step to ensure your experience is as pleasant as possible. If you're new to Botox, we can start with a small area or focus on one specific concern. Our treatment process is efficient, and you can return to your daily activities immediately afterward.

Personalized Consultation

On the day of your treatment, you'll meet with Shawn O'Keefe, PA-C, to discuss your goals and expectations for Botox. We'll take before photos and map out the areas to be treated. Our goal is to ensure you're comfortable and confident with the process.

Transparent Pricing

At Twenty-One Medical, we charge $12 per unit for Botox. We're transparent about the number of units required and will give you a clear estimate before beginning treatment. This way, you know exactly what to expect in terms of cost.

Medical Uses of Botox

Botox isn't just for cosmetic purposes. At Twenty-One Medical, we also offer Botox for medical conditions, including:

Migraines

Botox injections can help reduce the frequency and severity of migraines.

TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder)

Botox can alleviate jaw pain and reduce muscle tension.

Hyperhidrosis (Excessive Sweating)

Botox can help manage excessive sweating in specific areas.

While we don’t bill insurance directly for these services, we’re happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork for potential reimbursement.

Important Information Before Your Treatment

Avoid Certain Medications

To minimize the risk of bruising, we recommend avoiding aspirin-based products (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or Alka-Seltzer) for five days before treatment. If you're on blood thinners or other medications, please let our staff know beforehand.

Complimentary Consultation

If you're interested in Botox or Xeomin injections, we invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation. Our team will be happy to answer any questions and guide you through the process.
